The "Dead Poets Society" star is moving to a $3.95 million townhouse in Boerum Hill, Real Estalker reports.
His new 4,000-square-foot home on Dean St., is a two-family building with original 19th century details, an owner's triplex and a garden-level rental, Curbed reports.
The plumbing, heating and electrical systems were updated in a complete renovation in 2003,
Hawke sold his Chelsea townhouse at 353 West 21st St. for $6.25 million, according to Curbed.
