HELL'S KITCHEN — When it comes to exotic burgers, the bare necessities are coming to Restaurant Row.

Bareburger, the purveyor of organic and exotic patties, will open a new outpost in Hell's Kitchen at the beginning of May, offering up a menu of burgers from typical beef patties to more unusual meaty selections, like its elk, bison, ostrich and wild boar burgers.

The Hell's Kitchen location will bring the burgeoning burger chain to a highly trafficked area filled with tourists and diners.

The spot at 366 W. 46th St. will serve up the same quality of the chain's free-range, grass-fed, locally sourced burgers.

The restaurant will also offer other Bareburger standards like shakes, panko-crusted chicken tenders, buttermilk fried chicken, veggie burgers, and of course, plenty of fries.

Along with the new Restaurant Row location, Bareburger will open spots on Court Street in Cobble Hill and in Great Neck, Long Island, over the next few months — bringing the total number of Bareburger locations to 13 since it debuted in 2009.
