ASTORIA — Cops have arrested a 56-year-old man who they say sexually abused a teenage girl inside a Queens Public Library last week.
Hector Troche allegedly walked up to a 15-year-old girl, grabbed her crotch and exposed himself last Monday about 6 p.m. at the Queens Public Library on Broadway, police said.
Troche is charged with sex abuse, forcible touching and public lewdness.
