SOUTH RICHMOND HILL — Police are investigating the death of a man found bound in his apartment after a house fire Sunday morning, according to police and reports.
Police found the body of a 43-year-old man at 115-18 95th Ave. at 2:35 a.m., police said.
After the fire was put down, police discovered the body unresponsive and had suffered burns all over his body, police said.
A fire marshal said they believe the fire was suspicious, police said.
