Bareburger to Open Shop on Court Street

By DNAinfo Staff on February 20, 2013 3:16pm

COBBLE HILL —  Bareburger is bringing its organic, all-natural snacks to Court Street, this spring.

The burger joint, currently under construction at the corner of Court Street and Pacific Street, will be their first in Cobble Hill, according to their website.

While the restaurant has locations all over the city, this is only their second in Brooklyn, along with their Park Slope shop.

Bareburger restaurants are built from sustainable and recycled material, with the tabletops crafted from trees felled by storms and booth constructed out of recycled, post-consumer vinyl, according to their Facebook page.

They'll be serving up some of their favorites like the Big Blue Bacon burger, with Wisonsin blue cheese, country bacon, mushrooms and fried onions, and the Smokehouse Portabella with portabella mushrooms, mozzarella and smokehouse sauce.

Bareburger also serves a variety of sliders, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
