COBBLE HILL — Home, sweet home.
A Federal era townhouse was sold for $6.75 million in the Cobble Hill Historic District, Curbed reports.
The grand abode, at 491 Henry St., was bought by fashion label Rag & Bone co-founder Marcus Wainwright, along with his wife, model Glenna Neece.
Built around 1850, the Greek revival-style home is separated into a triplex, along with three rental units.
The house, extensively renovated with mahogany fixtures and gated parking for up to four cars, has been on the market for three years at an asking price of $7 million.
