WILLIAMSBURG — Police have arrested a man in the stabbing death of 39-year-old Anthony Dash in East Williamsburg.

Richie Vargas, 21, an East Williamsburg resident, was arrested Monday and charged with manslaughter, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the Feb. 1 attack, police said.

Police are still looking for a second suspect.

Dash was found with a stab wound to his leg at 275 Jackson St. in the Cooper Park Housing Development, after police responded to a 911 call there about 9 p.m. last Friday, officials said.

Dash was rushed to Woodhull Hospital in critical but stable condition, but he died on Sunday.
