GRANT CITY — A fire damaged three businesses on Lincoln Avenue Thursday morning, officials said.

The blaze, which started about 11 a.m. in the basement of First Express Deli & Grocery at 134 Lincoln Ave., tore through the inside of the building and also singed the two neighboring businesses: Lincoln Cleaners and Lincoln Laundromat.

There were no injuries in the fire, FDNY officials said.

The cause was under investigation, but the FDNY did not suspect criminality.

The fire gutted the deli, damaging most of the interior.
