RICHMOND HILL — An off-duty NYPD school safety agent was busted Wednesday morning and charged with assault, cops said.
Orlando Diaz, 44, was taken into custody about 2 a.m. and transported to the 102nd Precinct stationhouse, which covers Richmond Hill and Kew Gardens, to be processed, according to the NYPD.
Cops said Diaz didn't use a weapon in the assault, but the full circumstances of the incident remain unclear.
