FLUSHING — A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in Queens during rush hour Thursday evening, police said.
The 30-year-old woman was struck at Main Street and Franklin Avenue at 5:37 p.m., the FDNY said. She was taken to New York Hospital Queens, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
It was not immediately clear whether the driver stayed at the scene.
