THE BRONX — Police are looking for a man accused of attacking and robbing a 57-year-old woman in a Bronx elevator Thursday morning.

The suspect got into the elevator with the victim in a building on Washington Avenue about 9:25 a.m., police said.

He exited the elevator one floor before she did and then raced up the stairs to the floor above, so that he was waiting for the victim when she stepped out, police said.
