PARK SLOPE — An unattended stroller made for easy pickings for one Park Slope thief, police said.

A crook snatched more than $700 in valuables from a stoller parked outside a day care business in a house on Seventh Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues on Dec. 13, according to a police report.

A 30-year-old Park Slope woman left the stroller on the building's patio and went inside the day care business for half an hour at 5:55 p.m.

That's when the crook made their move, stealing an iPhone 4S valued at $350, a $250 wallet, a $100 green tote bag, a $50 candle, a $10 pen case, a $10 planner, a $25 MetroCard, credit cards, a driver's license and keys, according to the report.
