THE ROCKAWAYS — A 28-year-old man was shot dead in the Rockaways Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Cops found Davis Devon, who had several gunshot wounds, in a sixth-floor hallway inside 146 Beach 59th St. about 5:10 p.m., while responding to a report of an argument, authorities said.
Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Cops arrested Barshem Sanford, 17, the next day and charged him with the crime.
