UPPER MANHATTAN — A train service resumed with delays after service was terminated for more than one hour when a passenger collapsed after boarding the train Tuesday morning.

The man boarded the train just after 9:30 a.m. and fell in the car before being taken to an area hospital, according to a MTA spokeswoman.

His condition was not immediately known.

Trains were taken out of service between the West 168th and West 207th street stops at 9:46 a.m. and resumed with residual delays at 10:58 a.m., the spokeswoman said.
