BUSHWICK — A teenager who was shot in the head in Bushwick over the weekend has died, police said Tuesday evening.
Jorge Rosario, 17, a Brooklyn resident, was shot outside of 888 Wyckoff Ave., at the corner of Hancock Street, about 12:05 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Emergency responders took Rosario to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he died on Monday, police said.
"He was very polite," said neighbor Nicole Yearwood, 22. ''The last conversation we had was the night he died. He told me I was pretty and that he wanted to hang out. I feel bad. If we hung out, this might not have happened.''
The investigation is ongoing.
