Staten Island Man Shot to Death, Police Say

STATEN ISLAND — A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Randall Manor Sunday night, the NYPD said.

Police responded to a 911 call about a shooting at 11:20 p.m. in front of 177 Campbell Ave., near Castleton Avenue. When officers arrived, they discovered that Daequan Wilson had been shot in the torso, police said.

He was taken to Richmond University Medical Center by private means, police.

Wilson, who lived in Mariner’s Harbor, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.
