BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Four people, including two police officers and a 4-year-old boy, were injured after an NYPD vehicle crashed with another vehicle on Greene Avenue Tuesday morning, police said.

The police cruiser was headed south on Malcolm X Boulevard when it collided with a Toyota sedan, traveling east on Greene Avenue, just before 7:30 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.

The two officers were taken to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center with minor neck and back injuries, the spokesman said.

John Lawrence, the driver of the Toyota, was taking his young son to school when the accident happened.

They were rushed to Woodhull Medical Center with minor injuries, officials said.

"He sounded shaken," Warren Gibbs, 50, said of his friend Lawrence.

There was no criminality suspected in the crash, police said.
