EAST HAMPTON — "The Words" is worth a thousand red carpet pictures.

Bradley Cooper, who stars in the film as a struggling writer who hits it big with a novel largely plagarized from an all-but-unknown previous work to attain this success, walked the red carpet along with Susan Sarandon and Howard Stern as part of a special preview screening in the Hamptons Saturday.

Also coming out for the screening at Goose Creek was Cooper's co-star Ben Barnes, the film's producer Laura Rister and writer, Dan Miller, Ron Rivkin, Bob Balaban, Joy Behar, designers Kimberly Ovitz and Tamara Mellon.

The film opens in theaters September 7.
