MANHATTAN — Passengers waited on stalled 7 trains for nearly an hour Friday morning after they were halted by a signal malfunction.
The services stalled between Times Square/42nd Street and Queensboro Plaza starting around 10:20 a.m., officials said.
By 11:06 a.m., trains were running as usual, an MTA official said.
