MEATPACKING DISTRICT — It was the right time.
Grammy-winner Kelly Rowland marked the debut of her line of watches for TW Steel with a gala party at the Top of the Standard Tuesday evening. Complete with VIPs and pumping music, the evening ended with a grand fireworks display over the Hudson River.
Rowland's pals turned out to support her, including Sports Illustrated model Jessica White, "Gossip Girl's" Tika Sumpter, former "Cheetah Girl" Adrienne Bailon and NY Knick J.R. Smith.
