WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — Three cops and a 5-year-old girl were among six people injured when a police cruiser collided with an SUV in Washington Heights Thursday morning, police and a relative said.

None of the six injured were seriously hurt in the 10:24 a.m. crash on Edgecombe Avenue and West 162nd Street, the NYPD said.

The details of the smashup were not immediately available, cops said.

Oscar Rodriguez, 36, was in a Honda Pilot with his 5-year-old daughter when it with the police car, said Rodriguez's brother, Rigo.

"He just told he got into a bad accident with a cop car," said Rigo Rodriguez, 45, who raced to the scene after his brother called him. "He said he was having pains."

The six victims were taking to Harlem Hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening, police said.

Still, Rigo Rodriguez said his brother was shaken up after the accident.

"He was nervous," Rigo Rodriguez said. "Once that airbag deploys and you're not expecting it, it's a shock."
