NYPD Seeks Help Identifying Elderly Woman Found in The Bronx

THE BRONX — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a elderly woman who was found wandering the streets of Belmont Thursday night.

The woman was discovered near Mapes Avenue and East 180th Street about 8 p.m., the NYPD said. Cops said she was disoriented.

She was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was stable.

The woman, who was wearing a blue, floral-print summer dress and pink slippers, is in her 80s.
