QUEENS — Wilson Morales is certainly not his brother’s keeper.

Morales, 23, was babysitting his 5-year-old brother, Zackary Nazario, in their South Ozone Park home early Thursday morning, but decided to step out just after midnight to go to a grocery store, according to a criminal complaint. When he returned 20 minutes later, the tiny tot had disappeared.

Nazario, wearing nothing but cartoon style underwear, with a red blanket by his side, was picked up by a good Samaritan about an hour later. He was reunited with his mother around 8:30 a.m. yesterday, according to the criminal complaint.

Morales was arrested and charged with child abandonment and child endangerment. Bail was set at $3,000 at his arraignment Thursday. He is next due in court July 13.
