FLUSHING — U.S. Open tickets went on sale Monday.
Tickets for the event — taking place at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Aug. 27 through Sept. 9 — are being sold on the U.S. Open website and through Ticketmaster by calling 1-866-Open Tix.
Seats will start as low as $65 and go up to more than $1,000 for a front-row spot, according to the Open's website.
Arthur Ashe Kids' Day kicks off the event on Aug. 27. Kids will be able to see the pros practice as well as musical performances.
The Open is the last of the annual tennis Grand Slams and hosts more than 720,000 fans at the tennis center each year.
