Police Seek Man Who Allegedly Robbed Crown Heights Deli at Gunpoint

BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Crown Heights deli at gunpoint last week.

The suspect, armed with a black handgun, entered Ralph Avenue Deli, located at 444 Ralph Ave., about 9:50 p.m. on May 31 and demanded money, police said

A worker in the store gave an unspecified amount of cash to the robber, who fled, police said.

No one was injured.

Police described the suspect as man between 35 and 40 years old, of medium build, wearing a red Superman baseball cap, a blue shirt and blue jeans.
