MANHATTAN CRIMINAL COURT — Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was arrested Monday for drinking beer in Union Square and handing cops a fake ID.

The celeb daughter, released without bail Tuesday morning, was charged with two misdemeanors — consuming alcohol in a public place and second-degree criminal impersonation, for trying to use a fake ID, the Daily News reported.

According to the criminal complaint, the Brown University student was arrested on the corner of 14th Street and Union Square at 6:50 p.m. when police caught her with an open "Pakistani beer."

When the officer first stopped and questioned her, Willis gave a fake New York ID with the name Katherine Kelly. But with more prodding, she offered up her real one, the complaint read.

"My name is Scout Willis," she told the cop, according to the criminal complaint. "The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly."

Willis is set to appear back in court on July 31.
