MIDTOWN — The beloved Central Park South restaurant Mickey Mantle's appears to have finally  struck out.

A bankruptcy court judge dismissed the venue's attempts to file Chapter 11 on Tuesday, according to NY1.

The eatery, which was a favorite for Yankees fans since it opened in the 1980s, had been closed for several months and was facing eviction for rent debts.

An employee at Mickey Mantle's in Oklahoma confirmed that the restaurant's New York location was closing.

NY1 reported that the owner was appealing the judge's decision.
