PARKCHESTER — An elderly man was found dead in a Parkchester building Saturday night after cops responded to a call about a fight.
When police arrived at the building on Noble Avenue, near Mansion Street 11:16 p.m., they found Victor Ortiz, 76, unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS declared him dead at the scene.
Police took a man into custody at the scene, and said an investigation is ongoing.
