Ten People Injured in Four Car Accident at Bronx Intersection

THE BRONX — A four-car accident at a major Bronx intersection left 10 people injured Monday afternoon, including seven children, the FDNY said.

The crash occurred just after 4:40 p.m. at Boston Post Road and Baychester Avenue, an FDNY spokesman said.

Four children and two adults were taken to Jacobi Medical Center with serious but not life-threatening injuries, the FDNY said. Three more children and one adult were taken to Jacobi with minor injuries, the FDNY said.

The cause of the accident was not immediately clear.
