MANHATTAN — A fire broke out on the top floor of a six-story apartment building on the Upper East Side on Wednesday afternoon, fire officials said.
More than 60 firefighters rushed to 324 E. 66th Street between First and Second avenues around 5 p.m., a fire spokesman said.
The fire was brought under control around 6 p.m.
No injuries were reported, and it was not immediately clear what had sparked the fire.
