BROOKLYN — Police are searching for a man who tried to rob a Sheepshead Bay Chase Bank last month.
The suspect entered the bank, located at 1521 Kings Highway, shortly before 5 p.m. on April 27, and passed a note to a teller demanding money, police said.
The teller refused and the suspect fled the bank empty-handed.
Witnesses described the man as between 20 to 25 years old, standing 5-foot-6 and weighing between 130 and 140 pounds.
