MANHATTAN — A construction worker suffered a heart attack Thursday at a site on West 35th Street, near the Hudson Yards development, officials said.

The worker, a man in his 40s, went into cardiac arrest about 10:30 a.m. at the construction site at 550 West 35th St., an FDNY spokesman said.

It was not immediately clear what, if anything, may have triggered the attack.

Paramedics rushed him to Bellevue Hospital Center, where he was in serious condition, the spokesman said.

Last month, a crane collapse killed a worker at the nearby MTA's No. 7 extension construction site on West 34th Street and 11th Avenue.
