NEW YORK — Cops arrested more than 20 revelers at an all-day Cinqo de Mayo party in East Harlem on Sunday afternoon.

"They were observed fighting with each other and refused to be peacefully dispersed or separated," an NYPD spokesman said.

Shortly before 3:30 p.m. Sunday, cops responded to East 116th Street between Lexington Avenue and Second Avenue, according to the NYPD.

They charged party-goers with inciting to riot, unlawful assembly and disorderly conduct.
