The group taunted the teens, stole one of the victim’s French fries and pulled one girl by the hair March 31, cops said. The group then pulled the victims off of the train at the East 176th Street stop in Mount Hope, where one suspect took a victim’s cell phone before fleeing the location.

The NYPD released a video of the suspects. Police said two of the suspects are 15-years-old, seven are 17-years-old and three are 18-years-old.
