MANHATTAN — Instead of stealing a kiss, a larcenous lover allegedly swiped a woman's wallet and iPhone from his Internet date on the Lower East Side.

The 50-year-old victim said she went on a date with a man she met online to a Lower East Side bar on March 9.

After parting ways at the subway station where the suspect got on a train at Second Avenue and East Houston Street, the victim noticed her wallet and phone were gone, police said.

Cops say the man is 25 to 30 years old, stands about 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs roughly 165 pounds. His first name may be "Hayden," police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto Crimestoppers' website and at nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577.
