STATEN ISLAND — A fire broke out at a high-rise in the St. George section of Staten Island Wednesday morning, authorities said.
Firefighters responded to 185 St. Mark’s Place about 8:24 a.m. to battle the blaze located on the first-floor of the 19-story residential building.
There were no injuries reported in the fire.
