BRONX — A man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a teenager to death in the accused's Bronx home, police said.
Luis Vazquez, 41, was arrested Thursday and accused of fatally stabbing Michael Baez, 17, in Vazquez's fifth-floor apartment at 2160 Clinton Avenue, in the Belmont section, police said.
When cops arrived to the scene Wednesday just after 5 p.m., they found Baez, who lived at East 139th Street in the Bronx, with a stab wound to his torso, police said. He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died.
Vazquez was arrested sometime later, police said. He was charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, they said.
It was unclear what led to the stabbing. Police only said that the fight was domestic, but would not elaborate.
