Police Search for Valuables, Suspects After Burglary at Queens Synagogue

QUEENS — Cops said burglars broke into a Kew Gardens Hill synagogue and raided it of religious valuables.

Police said three Torah crowns, two mini-crowns and three breastplates, all silver, were taken sometime between Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. and Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. Four silver Torah pointers and a silver cup were also taken.

No one has been arrested.

A photo of some of the valuables has been released by police.
