MANHATTAN — A fire that raged at a Battery Park City high-rise Monday night was electrical, FDNY officials said.
The blaze broke out on a deck at 400 Chambers St., near River Terrace, just before 7:30 p.m., according to the fire department's Twitter account.
There were no injuries and fire officials said the blaze appeared accidental.
