Edgar Soto, 17, Stabbed to Death on Lorimer Street After Birthday Party

BROOKLYN — A Bronx teen was stabbed to death after a birthday party in Williamsburg when he went to play football with friends, sources said.

Edgar Soto, 17, of Van Nest, was attacked by about five other people and stabbed once in the chest, according to cops.

Police said the bloodshed unfolded shortly before 11:40 p.m. after the victim left a birthday party nearby and went with friends to play football at Grand and Lorimer streets.

There, they encountered another group, which attacked on the victim.

Soto was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made.
