BROOKLYN — A man was killed when he was struck by a train Wednesday at an East New York subway station, the fire department said.
The accident, involving a southound C train, happened at 2:15 p.m. at the Liberty Avenue station, an FDNY spokesman said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Downtown C train service was running express from Broadway Junction to Euclid Avenue.
