BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Police arrested an off-duty NYPD traffic enforcement agent early Monday morning when she tried to stop a city marshal from towing her car, police said.

Olatakumbo Erinosho, 39, had parked her car on Greene and Marcy avenues at 5:45 a.m. when the city tried to tow it because of unpaid parking tickets, police said.

The agent allegedly started swinging her arms at the marshal to stop her car from being taken.

Erinosho was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police said.

City marshals can tow a car if the driver owes $350 or more in tickets.

It's not clear exactly how much Erinosho owed.
