MANHATTAN — The Biebs was in an "Empire State of Mind."
Canadian singing sensation Justin Bieber helped light up the Empire State Building Friday to encourage people to donate toys for children during the holiday season.
The "Baby" singer flipped the switch at the iconic skyscraper along with members of the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program and Arthur from the new movie "Arthur Christmas."
Bieber was pictured with a miniature version of the skyscraper, which shines green and red, and took photos with the Marines on the building's observation deck.
