UPPER EAST SIDE — A motorcyclist landed in the hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries, after being struck by a car on Park Avenue and East 86th Street, FDNY officials said.

The unidentified 38-year-old motorcyclist, who crashed his bike around 2:50 p.m., was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center for multiple injuries, fire officials said.

"He had blood on his side," said a doorman at 1045 Park Ave., who declined to give his name. The doorman didn't see the accident happen but saw the motorcycle driver after the accident being taken to the hospital.
