FLATIRON — California's celebrity hotspot Drybar — a no-scissor salon — is set to open its first East Coast locations in the city this fall.

The popular L.A.-based beauty bar — which lists Emma Roberts, Amanda Bynes, Zooey Deschanel, Whitney Port and Maria Shriver among its fans — is planning to open in early September on West 16th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues, offering “No cuts. No color. Just blowouts for only $40."

A second Drybar location inside Midtown's Le Parker Meridien Hotel NYC is set to open shortly after, according to a company release.

The self-proclaimed "anti-salon" menu lists five flirty options with cocktail names, including the “Straight Up” signature blowout, the beach-tousled “Mai Thai,” the sleek and smooth “Manhattan," the volume-heavy “Southern Comfort,” and the “Cosmopolitan” with loose curls.

The salon offers a $28-dollar “Shirley Temple” special for style divas aged 10 and under and creates “UpTini” up-dos for $80. It also has party deals where girlfriends of all ages can celebrate while getting styled.

Founder Alli Webb, the so-called “blowdry maven," said the concept was born from her personal experience struggling to tame her tresses.

“I was so frustrated with overpaying for blowouts at my salon, and couldn’t stand the dreaded discount-chain alternative," she said in a statement.

Her goal is to provide fast, affordable luxury for women in an environment that emphasizes fun.

"We can’t wait to make a big splash in New York, where some of the most beautiful women in the country live, work and play," she said.

The chain is also planning to expand into Washington, D.C., according to a post on its Facebook page.
