MANHATTAN — Cry him a river.

Singer, Hollywood star and man about town Justin Timberlake won't be adding "real estate agent" to his calling card anytime soon after he finally sold his luxury TriBeCa apartment for $4.8 million — a slight loss — according to the Wall Street Journal.

The 3,000-square-foot pad at the Pearline Soap Factory at 414 Washington St. sale price was slightly less than the pop star paid for it in late 2008 and 10 percent less than the original $5.25 million asking price, the paper reported.

Timberlake traded up last October for a three-bedroom penthouse in a ritzy SoHo Mews apartment building on West Broadway north of Canal Street.
