Town Hall Meetings Tackle Upper Manhattan's Fate Under New Budget

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — City Councilman Robert Jackson will host two town hall meetings this week to discuss how the city and state budget will affect northern Manhattan.

The first town hall will take place Wednesday, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Russ Berrie Medical Pavilion at St. Nicholas Avenue at West 168th Street

The second will be Thursday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Convent Avenue Baptist Church, located at West 145th Street at Convent Avenue.
