MANHATTAN — A four-car accident on the FDR Drive snarled the morning rush and sent four people to the hospital Friday.

The accident, located near East 96th Street, occurred at roughly 7:26 a.m., fire officials said.

Four people received minor injuries, mostly neck and back pain, the FDNY said.
