UPPER EAST SIDE — A small car fire broke out on the FDR near East 64th street Monday morning, according to the FDNY.
The fire broke out at 11:47 a.m. in the southbound lane of the highway. It was put out by 12:18 p.m., fire officials said.
There were no reported injuries, FDNY said.
