GREENWICH VILLAGE — Sarah Jessica Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick bought a massive 25-foot-wide Greek Revival-style townhouse in the Village, the New York Observer reported.

The couple had been searching all over the city for a home, checking out places in lower Manhattan, near Central Park West, and even in Park Slope, before finally settling on the nearly $19 million Greenwich Village home, at 20 East 10th Street between Fifth Avenue and University Place, according to the paper.

Farrah Summerford, former model, and Malaysian media mogul Cliff Ng were the former owners of the home and reportedly spared no expense in maintaining and updating it, the paper reported.

The 6,800-square-foot townhouse has five bedrooms, seven wood-burning fireplaces, and a 24-hour high-tech security system, according to Curbed.

While the Sex in the City star's name doesn't appear on the deed, her business manager's name — Frank Selvaggi — does, leading the Observer to believe the couple has found their new home.

Selvaggi did not return requests for comment from the paper.
